A little guidance for your first day

Your first patient.
Your familiar routine.

Start with the essentials: your clinic details, your prescription letterpad and one patient visit. Add the other services as your team needs them.

Step 01 Doctor Info & Clinic Setup

Create your account and clinic.

Open Create your account. Registration has two screens:

  1. Doctor Info. Enter your name, email and password. Choose Allopathy, Ayurveda or Homeopathy under System of Medicine, and select your specialty if applicable.
  2. Clinic Setup. Enter your clinic name and choose a solo or multi-doctor practice. Set working days and hours; add your address, phone and consultation fee if ready. Read and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, then select Register Clinic.

You should see: your clinic dashboard, already logged in.

Plan access and trial availability depend on the current offer. Review the terms in Subscription before choosing a plan or authorising payment.

Step 02 Settings & Letter Pad

A prescription that looks like yours.

Go to Settings → Doctor Profile. Add your qualification, specialization, registration number and phone, then select Save Profile.

  • Under Digital Signature, upload or draw your signature.
  • Open Letter Pad, choose a design and add your clinic logo if you use one.
  • Check the details in the preview, save the design and set your preferred letterpad as the default.

You should have: a saved letterpad ready for printed prescriptions.

Step 03 Patients & Appointments

Welcome your first patient.

Open Patients → Add Patient. Enter the patient’s name and phone number, then select Create. You can add age, gender or a photo when useful; Aadhaar is optional.

  • For a returning patient, search the existing record first.
  • Open the patient’s record to add allergies, medical history and other details.
  • To book a visit, go to Appointments → New Appointment, select the patient and set the date, time and consultation type. Record the fee and payment status if needed.

You should see: the patient in your list, and their visit in Appointments if you booked one.

Already have a patient list? Use Patients → Template to download the Excel format, fill it in, then use Upload.

Step 04 Consultation

Carry out a familiar consultation.

This example follows a visit where a medicine prescription is clinically appropriate. Open the patient from their appointment, or directly from Patients, and use the Consultation tab.

  1. Record the visit. Enter vitals, complaints, tests requested and diagnosis as appropriate.
  2. Write the prescription. Under Rx (Medications), add medicines, dose, food timing and duration. Add advice and a follow-up date and reason where needed.
  3. Review and save. Check the entries, then select Save Consultation. A visit opened from an appointment is marked completed when saved.

Open the saved prescription from Prescriptions to print it using your letterpad. The patient’s Timeline and History help you pick up the story at their next visit.

You should see: your saved prescription, any updated vitals and the follow-up you scheduled. Open the saved entries to check them before leaving.

For a visit without a medicine prescription, use Notes to save the clinical details and check the saved note. The consultation’s complaints, diagnosis, advice and requested tests currently save with a medicine prescription.

Step 05 Optional setup

Connect more of your clinic.

Add these services when your team is ready. Each has its own setup.

  • Staff: add reception and clinical team members, then choose the access each person needs.
  • Pharmacy and Lab Connect: set up the relevant teams before sending prescription or test orders.
  • WhatsApp: the clinic owner or administrator connects a dedicated number from Settings → Your clinic’s WhatsApp. Complete Meta setup, then check template approval and messaging credits before sending.
  • IPD: check the separate subscription and set up your facility, wards and beds before the first admission.

You should have: the services and team access your clinic needs.

WhatsApp does not turn on automatically at registration. Existing WhatsApp Business numbers may need a readiness check with support.
